Elizabeth Hipsher

Program Director

Elizabeth is involved in overseeing member care as well as the development of sales and marketing to continue the program's vision of informing, educating, and empowering older adults as they prepare for their future needs. She is passionate about being a resource for people as they make the personal decision to join the program. Elizabeth joined the Navigation by Salemtowne team in its infancy as the Membership Director and was promoted to Program Director in 2016.  After 10 years working in the for-profit pharmaceutical industry, Elizabeth is proud to be part of Salemtowne and the first Continuing Care at Home program in North Carolina.  She holds a B.A in Psychology and Sociology from Towson University.

Sharr Lundy

Wellness Navigator

Sharr has been a nurse for 20 years and has been with Salemtowne since 2000. Most recently, she acted as Clinical Education Director providing in-service training and was instrumental in implementing a team member education program. As a strong advocate for personal growth and development, Sharr is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration. Sharr grew up on a small farm in Southwest Virginia with 8 siblings! She enjoys spending time with family and friends and vacationing at the beach.

Amy Davis

Administrative Assistant

Amy has many years of experience working as an administrative assistant and has been with the Navigation team since its launch in 2013. She received her associate’s degree from Forsyth Technical Community College and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oral Robert University in Tulsa, OK. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, crafts and spending time with her family and friends.
